Learn about Novi’s approach to cocktail making, from how our cocktail menu is constructed to how each individual drink is imagined, from it’s first key ingredient to it’s garnish at the end. Discover our homemade infusions, shrubs and syrups, and how they are used to create our delicious bespoke and signature cocktails, then simply enjoy shaking and drinking your own!
Learn to mix
During each of our fun, interactive cocktail classes, you’ll not only learn how to build the perfect balance of flavours, combining alcoholic, sweet and citrus tastes to masterfully and skilfully create the ideal drink, but will also become proficient in a range of techniques including shaking, stirring, muddling and straining, all under the guidance of your very own in-house mixologist.
What’s included
Our brilliant masterclasses are held in your own private bar area with a dedicated and accomplished cocktail expert. We offer either two or three drink packages during which you get to both create and enjoy each cocktail. The classes are fantastically fun, active and hands on and always include a competitive element, so that you and your friends can battle for a boozy prize for the best drink on the day!
